HSUD acquired Costa Container Lines Spa local offices. I actively participated in the merger process between CCL and HSUD offices. I directed sales, customer service, documentation staff personnel within the new organizational structure, with the objective of developing the HSUD brand, since it had very little presence in the local market at the time of the merger.I was responsible for all commercial matters, especially on the development of Reefer export trade, obtaining results from 0% to just over 22% of reefer trade to northenr europe in less than a year. As a main part during the merger of the offices, contributed to organizational change, resource optimization and process reengineering complying with the new HSUD guidelines. Fundamentally, I had the same responsibilities that I carried out with CCL.
