My journey in the business world began in a family environment marked by entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. My parents laid the foundation of our family tradition when they established HABERER electronic GmbH in 1979, followed by the inception of HABERER proTEC GmbH & Co.KG in 2000. These two companies formed the bedrock of a successful business group, which I have been actively shaping since 2005.Throughout my career in our family enterprise, I have continuously evolved and strived to expand and modernize our business. A pivotal point in my professional journey was in 2017, when I assumed the role of managing director following the unfortunate passing of my father. I embraced this responsibility with dedication and respect for my parents' legacy.Under my leadership, the business group has not only stabilized but also seen significant development. A landmark in this progression was the expansion of our business group in October 2022 with the acquisition of HT-Eurep. This step not only marks the growth of our group but also underscores our ambitions and capability to thrive in a dynamic market environment.My vision for the future is to continue positioning the HABERER business group at the forefront of innovation and technological advancement, upholding my family's values while exploring new avenues to shape our company sustainably and with a future-oriented approach.
