Working student and writing my master's thesis within the Data Products & Technology team of the ProSiebenSat.1 Digital Data GmbH (PSDD).𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀:- Onboarding of new team members/Data Scientists regarding Big Data Analytics (using AWS EMR and Spark) and data sources- Designing and implementing processes to improve the data quality of a Deep Learning model using Spark with AWS EMR- Contributing Python/PySpark code to MLOps pipeline- Guiding interns within self-responsible subprojects- As part of the master thesis: independent data sourcing, validation and processing in AWS pipeline (AWS Tools: Sagemaker, Athena, EMR, Glue, CodeCommit, StepFunction, CloudFormation, Lambda, S3) as well as statistical analysis of TV attribution results based on Markov Chains

Internship within the Data Products team of the ProSiebenSat.1 Digital Data GmbH (PSDD). PSDD was founded in 2018 to exploit the potential offered by AI and Data Science throughout the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. Typical examples are applications from the areas of "Micro Audience Targeting", "Trend Prediction", "Behavior Prediction" and "Content Personalization".𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀:- Big Data Analysis: data preparation using PySpark and Amazon EMR- Data visualization using Jupyter Notebooks- Data Quality Assurance: data collection, cleaning and validation of data quality using SQL in AWS Athena and Python using Amazon Sagemaker- Data Sourcing via REST API using Python and AWS Lambda- Feature engineering and feature selection for prediction models (e.g. deep neural networks) - Support of the Scrum Product Owner in agile project management- Communication and presentation of results to internal stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint
