Results-driven senior executive who combines technical acumen and enterprise-scale IT expertise with decades of experience managing large federal organizations to consistently accomplish results on time and on target for the Department of Defense. As Deputy Commander for Cyber Engineering & Digital Transformation, NAVSEA 03, I lead cybersecurity risk governance across all echelons of the NAVSEA Enterprise of over 85,000 people and $30B+ across all programs.
