*London-based co-investment firm founded in 2017 by Claudio Siniscalco (former Global Co-Head of Co-Investments at Deutsche Bank)*- Full-time Private Equity work experience prior to beginning my MBA at Columbia Business School. - Analyzed 80+ investment opportunities. Reviewed business and trade publications, annual reports, financial filings, and other sources in order to gather, synthesize, and interpret data on investment opportunities. Investment opportunities included Asset Classes such as growth equity, venture capital, real estate, infra/energy and LBOs; by geography: 40% USA, 40% Europe, 10% Asia, 10% LatAm.- Conducted thorough due diligence and participated in the buyout of the largest IVF service provider in New Zealand and Malaysia alongside Pioneer Capital, NZSuper & White Cloud. FCP was able to secure exclusivity due to its 5+ year history/familiarity reviewing the IVF sector.- Participated in negotiations with 30+ GPs and 20+ LPs virtually and in person: 1 week business trip to NY (January 2022) and 1 month business trip to London (March 2022).- Conducted 10+ financial modeling exercises to estimate cash flows and potential returns on investments: source of returns analysis (organic revenue growth, M&A potential, multiple arbitrage) and impact of fees (gross to net returns).

- Structured 75+ fixed income issues for a total of $3bn for multinational companies such as YPF, Panamerican Energy and John Deere. Team of 3 positioned Santander as leader of local League Tables in 2021 in terms of fixed income issuances. - Active participation in relevant ESG key milestones: i) Priced the first local Sustainable bond issued by Plaza Logistica for $20m, ii) Structured and priced the first local Sustainability-Linked bond issued by San Miguel for $50m (with Santander acting as the sole organizer of the transaction) and iii) Structured and priced the first Social bond issued by regional NGO called Techo for AR$18m. - Participated in the restructuring of the $210m international law bond issued by the Province of Jujuy. Also worked on international law restructuring processes of 15+ corporate issuers which include YPF, Mastellone and AA2000, among others. Co-led negotiations with issuers and investors to reach an agreement in terms of cash flows and expected payments.- Along with the NY team, structured the first international new money deal by a local issuer since 2018: Pan American Energy was able to successfully price a $300m bond in April 2021, with commitments from both, local and international investors.

Was then promoted to Analyst.- Structured 50+ fixed income issues for a total of $2.5bn for multinational companies such as San Miguel, IRSA, Toyota and Vista Oil & Gas. Team of 3 positioned Santander as leader of local League Tables in 2020.- Developed and implemented 3 new databases using Tableau for internal and external users. Databases included information on mutual funds AUM, corporate and sovereign debt profiles and secondary market pricing & volume traded.
