In charge of all financial aspects of the company, inclusive of the financial oversight of a 260-Bed Acute Care Hospital (Palm Springs General Hospital). During tenure, managed the Revenue Cycle of the Hospital and increased revenue by incorporating policies and procedures that enhanced same. Furthermore, re-negotiated all Insurance Contracts with Commercial Insurances of the Hospital and successfully changed the payment structure from a Per Diem basis to 90% DRG. Additionally, successfully changed Hospital payroll from an internal processing basis for over 800 employees to ADP Payroll and Human Resource Functions. Also, serve as CFO for an Independent Delivery System comprised of managing other CFOs of related Healthcare entities that directly report to IHS. Successfully completed the Certificate Program of Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University. Instituted Hospital-wide the program of “QUEST” - Quality, Efficiency, Safety and Transparency.

• From 2008, managed Special Asset team, working with Bank’s Counsel to restructure non-performing credits. Actively maintained loans performing in order to prevent further downgrades. • Additionally sold over $15MM in Notes and Bank’s REO’s. • Initially responsible for Bank’s Commercial Lending Portfolio under Sun American Bank ($85MM). Loans consisted of construction, owner occupied, shopping center, Multi-Family residential, UCC or other non-real estate, and unsecured loans. • During tenure, supervised team of 3 including support staff. Managed entire portfolio including maintaining files with current financial and insurance information. Deposits totaling $15MM ranged from checking, Money Market, Savings and CDs that were generated by respective existing and new businesses.

• Managed Bank’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Lending portfolio. Loans consisted of warehouses, trac housing, Condo conversions, apartment building financing and construction financing. • Generated over $12MM of funded loans and additional $7MM in depository relationships. Managed and increased bank’s existing portfolio to over $120MM.

• Established the Domestic Corporate Trade Finance division, growing portfolio to >$100MM in domestic (Commercial lending) finance-related products including Eximbank, AIG and private credit insurance facilities, construction loans, Mini Perms, Warehouse Financing, and to existing Trade Finance borrowers.• Primarily managed entire banking relationship for bank clients. In addition, generated >$60MM in customer depository relationships as a result of commercial lending relationships.• Supervised a staff of 3 lending officers along with support staff. Year 1 Initial goal was approx. $5MM and at FYE 12/31/94 total funded loans/lines amounted to $15MM.
