LVLX is a 7-week venture building SUMMERCAMP in order to design new business models, build prototypes and solve real problems for real people. Within 7 weeks we explored different ideas, validated hypotheses, developed personas and user journeys, designed a business model, and eventually build a working prototype - a digital check-in sheet for doctors (German: Anamnesebogen). We tested our prototype live at a medical office in Berlin.At demo day my team won the 'Technology Award'.

- Supporting and partially leading innovation projects for big and medium-sized corporations- Designing digital products and business models with clients- Primary and secondary market analysis- Support and preparation of workshops and interviews- Business development, building client relationships

- Close collaboration with CEO for designing an approach for corporate venture building- Discussions and interviews with experts from VCs, incubators, startups, innovation outposts and universities in San Francisco and the Bay Area

- Supporting innovation projects- Idea generation and innovation portfolio management- Designing and implementing early phase innovation processes- Support of the CEO in the daily business- Thought leadership including the publication of studies and books

- Responsible for the strategic development of the innovation blog with daily web site management, editing, marketing and building strategic alliances- Interviewing more than 50 innovation and digitalization experts from big companies such as ABB, British Telecom, Daimler, NASA and Samsung- Starting “The Innoboard Podcast“ in 2017 on Innoboard.de and iTunes
