 - Responsible for assuring that products are manufactured packaged, processed and tested in conformance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP’s) - Manage quality system that procures that incoming materials, in-process controls consistently yield in product specifications satisfactorily meeting quality standards - Assure the adequate flow of materials and making the best possible use of resources, equipment and materials - Knowledge on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), FDA and government regulations applicable to the manufacturing, processing, packaging and testing of pharmaceutical products - Review and approve for release executed batch records to determine compliance with Master Production Record, cGMPs, product specifications and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Review and approve plant standard operating procedures for compliance with cGMPs - Responsible for assuring that Quality Assurance area conditions, practices and procedures comply with safety and environmental requirements and regulations - Managed personnel by providing coaching and establishing personnel development plans - Responsible of approved packaging lots to achieving monthly shipping plan - Responsible of final disposition for non-conformance materials (Hold and Rejected Materials)

 - Prepared manufacturing schedules, internal and interdepartmental resource allocation, monitor and execute these plans to meet aggressive and dynamic goals - Verified and received manufacturing and packaging process orders and monitor through completion, with ownership of Overtime and attendance metrics, to help maintain efficient line clearance, set-up and release standards - Coordinated in-process product approval with the Quality Assurance Department - Executed the Monthly Inventory and Production Daily Report - Reviewed of Batch records and enter processed data into SAP Computerized Inventory System - Coordinated and supervised Production Operators to maintain all quality/production GMP, work area cleanliness and safety standards - Coordinated production equipment preventive maintenance timely execution

 - Verify and receive manufacturing and packaging process orders - Assign Production Operators for an efficient line clearance, set-up and release - Maintain flow of finished goods pallets from the packaging line to the Warehouse - Execute the Monthly Inventory and Production Daily Report - Coordinate Production Operators to maintain production work area clean and in safe conditions

 - Work with Quality Systems on Incoming Inspection standards as well as close monitoring of Production and Laboratory schedule priorities - Actively participate and help in the development of criteria for the sampling and inspection of raw materials and packaging components for both Veterinary and OTC businesses - Establish inspection of materials priorities based on customer service - Ensure proper disposition and segregation of rejected materials - Ensure that the status of materials on SAP concurs with actual physical material - Continuous Audit suppliers to ensure quality compliance - Ensure quality compliance and safe conditions at the warehouse - Verify documentation and storage for raw materials received by warehouse operators
