Most of my experiences have been in the Call Center Industry. I have worked for Telus International, Sykes and Teleperformance. Some of my experiences are as a Tech Support & Billing Specialist, Customer Service Advocate, Insurance Advocate and Back Up Trainer. I started back in 2014 as a Tech Support Specialist for the PlayStation brand and learned about Tech and Billing processes and the way they deliver the most technical information to the customers. I also worked as a Customer Service Specialist for Uber handling a lot of data from Drivers/Riders for all American countries where Uber was present back in the days. As a Customer Service specialist you also received training to handle billing concerns since you have the ability to provide their partners/users with refunds/adjustments/credits. After a year and since client decided to take Uber support to another country, I started working as a Customer Service Representative for 7 Eleven brand, handling customer/employee concerns with sensitive data, and also providing training for my collegues about a very specific business line. Nowadays I work for Cigna as an Insurance Advocate handling dentist concerns within the company and drive for Uber in my free time.
