My responsibilities are: 1. to ensure that the Program Accountability and Learning System (PALS) processes and standards are adhered to and that the country’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (MER) plan is formulated, implemented and updated.2. ensures that program-related corporate software (e.g. SAP) and Knowledge Management processes are operational and maximized in capturing, analyzing, reporting and sharing child rights and humanitarian program information. 3. Ensures that staff have easy access to high quality and reliable information and knowledge for management decision making, to inform on-going program implementation and to improve programming within the organization.
