My objectives: do my job with passion, manage and make my team grow, build and share ambitious projects, satisfy my stakeholders and in particular my customers and shareholders.After my beginings as Africa Export Area Manager for the Yamaha Motor Group (MBK Industries), zone that requires a real adaptability to changing contexts, I pursued my carrier in the Automotive Industry for a tier 2 supplier (HOLOPHANE, Glass Maker) where I was in charge of the American Markets.In 2001, I had an extraordinary opportunity to join the INVIVO Group to build their international organization. I became Internationalization Manager and quickly Director. After a succesful bid on a company quoted at the Paris Stock, I became International Premix General Manager of INVIVO NSA.In 2011, I had the possibility to take over a profit center abroad which was a unique professional and personal challenge. In 2015, my CEO proposed me a new challenge, in Italy where we needed to reorganize in total one of the most important industrial structure in Europe.
