During the development of my BSc (Hons) in Biology at the University of Córdoba (Spain), I first experienced lab work through an internship as a quality control laboratory technician. Later, during my stay at the University of Lincoln (UK), I could put into practice my knowledge in molecular biology and genetic engineering thanks to the performing of my BSc (Hons) research project. Recently, I finished a 9-month internship integrated into the Master’s degree program in Industrial, Environmental and Food Biotechnology. Thanks to this internship, carried out in Centro Andaluz de Biología del Desarrollo (Andalusian Centre of developmental Biology-CABD), I gained further experience in cloning, expression, and purification of recombinant proteins.About my personal strengths, I consider myself a person with great interpersonal skills, a creative mind and highly oriented to results, also equally able to work independently or being part of a team.Currently, I am interested in a position that affords me the possibility to keep growing in the biotech field (Although I would be open to other areas of Biology) and in an international environment.
