Considering client specifications regarding shape, dimensions, tolerances, materials (PET, HDPE, PP, biopolymers), processes (IM, SBM, EBM), package performance (Top Load, Side Load, Torque, Bulging, Internal Pressure/Vacuum, Drop Test for full and empty packages) and other details, 3D/2D platforms for CAD (Solidworks, Autocad) and FEA (MSC Patran and Dytran) are used for the monitoring of the prototyping (3D printing, Pilot moulds) and production of packages, as well as other tasks that might be trusted for the good development of the Logoplaste Group goals.

Responsible for the redesign of a cold roll forming line of a rear car bumper beam in advanced high strength steel (AHSS) through finite element analysis (FEA).Main activities performed:- Literature review (traditional and flexible roll forming, FEA, component defects and AHSS);- Experimental work (measurement of component defects and other parameters);- Modelling and FEA (current process, sensitivity analysis and improved process).
