I have been involved in the planning, execution and analysis of cross-channel marketing campaigns in order to support the clients' business objectives. I have also acted as a project manager on different CRM and data-related projects. I have worked with clients ranging from international and national federations, to event providers, to club teams.

I was the Business Unit Manager over the CRM & Collaboration business unit in beanTech. I was responsible for performance of CRM implementation project tasks and responsible for providing resources to be directed by project managers. I was also responsible for ensuring that resources in my area were properly trained, evaluated and motivated, as well as ensuring that goals and objectives were aligned with beanTech's overall strategy and vision.

I worked as a CRM consultant on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects for private companies and for organizations in the public sector. My activities included implementations, customizations and data migration on the Dynamics CRM solution and covered all the steps in the development of a customer relationship management solution. I have worked on sales, marketing and customer service scenarios as well as XRM projects, building custom applications on top of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

I have been involved in the designing and development of Business Intelligence solutions to extract data from different sources in order to analyse information for decision support. I have also been focusing on Social Media Analytics solutions, applying social network analysis metrics to get meaningful information from social networks. I have been involved on predictive analytics projects, developing models to support businesses in making predictions about future or unknown events.

As a freelance author, I wrote several articles about technology and innovation.
