Lead the analysis and presentation of technical-economic offers for tender proposals, budget estimation (Capex and Opex), developing of unit prices and process monitoring in the infrastructure, energy, Oil & Gas and vertical buildings sectors for construction and EPC projects in Colombia, Peru and Chile, manage the preparation of financial models, coordination of proposals, preparing and soliciting bid requests for subcontractors, support to commercial management, presentation to stakeholders of the proposal, definition of the commercial strategy and presentation of offers, risk assessments and delivery of offers within time constraints and in accordance with the specifications and the profit margin expected by the company; contribute to the construction and continuous improvement of best practices for bidding processes; coordination and leadership of the work team in charge made up of 11 people.Key Accomplishments:-Successful delivered 288 bidding process with nearly 50 awarded valued at 3.6B COP (1 billion USD Dollars). -Initially hired as a Tender Analyst (April 2013- August 2014), I get promoted to the position of Estimation Specialist. Execute the organized management of costs, budgets, programming, document control, strategic planning and personnel administration (130 people) for construction projects, compile reports to monitor the performance and progress of the project, the main projects included: the new Bases of Villavicencio and Yopal buildings for Schlumberger, and the University Externado de Colombia.Key Accomplishments:-Improved project performance through improved KPI management and enforcement of project scheduling.

Execute the design projects of clean water and sewerage systems in collaboration with the Design Specialist, organize diagnostic reports, construction budgets, specifications and programming for projects aligned with contractual frameworks, including EPC 079 and EPC 080, Manage project adjustments, modifying the schedule and facilitating updates to the master plan for the clean water and sewerage systems in urban and rural areas, supervise the delivery and approval of the Clean Water and Sewerage Master Plan projects at the MAVDT Single Window. Main projects: Aqueduct and sewerage master plans within the Populated Centers of the Department of Cundinamarca Subzones (1B - 4A) For the MAVDT Single Plan Clean Water and Sewer. Key Accomplishments:-Development and implementation of a methodology allowing the approval of more than 30 diagnostic reports
