    - Carrier Experience and Marketplace Principal Engineer. I serve as the technical lead for two critical teams responsible for overseeing core components of our business, including the Carrier mobile and web apps, Marketplace systems and models, Compliance and Carrier Onboarding, and the Broker board.- Load board V2. I redesigned the highest traffic and most visible feature in the Company: the load board. The new load board is 3X faster, supports multiple cards (loads, contracts, trailer rentals, ads, etc), and doesn’t require mobile app releases to make most changes - Compliance and fraud. I built the system the company relies on to ensure Carriers have the proper insurance, certifications, and performance history for different shippers/brokers/programs/facility/loads require - Quickerpay. I worked with a group of 5 engineers to design and build the most profitable feature in the company, we pay Carriers the same day for a smaller fee than traditional factoring companies- Operational Excellence. I own OE for the Carrier Org, working closely with OE representatives from every team, we have been able to reduce page volume by 50%, latencies by 30%, and increase reliability to 99.9% - Performance tuning. I reduced BE services latency supporting our mobile and web apps by 40%, fixes included N+1 graphl issues, inefficient SQL queries or missing indexes, over fetching from the apps to complete features redesign for faster performance - Leadership. I am part of the Carrier and Marketplace leadership team, I work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Data Science, and Ops leaders to shape our roadmap
