Coordination of the technical team in the brokering and management of Alianza Shire (www.alianzashire.org), a cross-sectorial partnership to improve the energy access in refugee camps and host communities, including periodical monitoring visits to Ethiopia. My role focuses in three areas:1. Communication with partners. Focal point among several Spanish companies, the European Union, the United Nations, the Ethiopian administration, various local partners and the refugee population, thus managing the communications of the technical team in Spain with all partners on the ground, for which I carry out regular monitoring visits. 2. Project management. Coordination of the management of the project, both in technical and design aspects as in terms of budget, schedule, risks, etc. 3. Analysis of information and development of reports. Preparation of technical and progress reports for the main funder of the project. Development relevant reports for the project strategy, like: benchmarking on electricity access opportunities in Africa, analysis of the electricity system and stakeholders in Ethiopia, energy consumption reports and business opportunities in refugee camps and Ethiopian settlements, position notes for international events, etc.
