As a Tech Analyst at Deloitte, I work on the automation team, creating and executing test cases using automation tools to assess the product's quality, including its functionality, performance and other relevant criteria.I graduated in Computer Engineering from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro in 2021, where I learned the fundamentals of software development, data structures, algorithms, databases, and web technologies. I also completed two certifications on Scrum and Product Management from LinkedIn, which helped me develop my agile mindset and understand the user's needs and expectations.
