- Design of new automated machinery for the automotive industry according to customer specifications using Solidworks.- Refurbish of existent machinery according to customer requirements.- Development in process of the engineering department, design methodology, PDM implementation, metrology department.- 2D Drawings and GD&T application, according to ASME Y14.5M-2009.- Creation of BOMs.- Support to the purchasing department, quote commercial components, machined parts and create purchase request to buy adequate material.- Constant interdepartmental communication with software, electrical and programming department, to optimize the machine´s function.

- Root analysis of product issues during manufacturing and in field.- Submit ECO´s for product re-design according to simulation analysis using Solidworks.- Introduction of new products, focus on mechanical designs, prototypes, and manufacturing validation. - Product support: Fix BOM´s, fixtures, and product improvement.

-Design of an electrical vehicle type Le6 using CATIA V5-Simulation of a sandwich panel and monolithic components of glass fiber in ANSYS 2019 with Preppost-Analysis of possible failures-Optimization of the vehicle

- Supervision of the Design Department working in collaboration with another three members.- Quotation of new designs (Materials, machining, components).- Design of molds (3 Injection, 2 compression, 3 blowing), 3 die sets, 15 fixtures using SolidWorks 2018 (3200 hrs).- Reverse engineering of molds to create new drawings, to repair and raise the efficiency of molds (flash, cycle time),- Drawings with drafting standard ISO 8015
