As a floor Manager of a 130-year-old independent, family-run, heritage coffee importer and retail establishment based in Soho part of my duties included day-to-day operations of the retail shop floor. I manage basrista and customer sales team, stock ordering and supplier management, and as the most senior team member, having expert level knowledge on coffee. Additional to this, I improvement cataloguing of stock, reducing error risks and waste and making the process friendlier to use.
