Responsible for transaction origination, underwriting, structuring, and investment recommendations for infrastructure debt opportunities across private illiquid long dated investment grade as well as shorter dated high yield private debt investing.

Key member of small team reporting to the North American CEO advising on financing, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, valuations, and other strategic commercial issues affecting the North American power, energy, infrastructure, and retail operations of Iberdrola. Responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio analytics to help underwrite and manage: power exposures, valuation, hedging, financing (equity, tax-equity, lease finance, commercial debt (HY and IG)) and other offtake structuring.
