• Create an environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction while meeting/exceeding branch targets.• Form and lead high performing teams and lead branch efforts to source, hire, train and develop talent.• Analyze, develop and implement systems and process productivity enhancements• Direct leadership of Service, Installation, and Branch Admins• Participate actively and support all initiatives such as hiring, training and mentoring.• Monitor all work by technicians and sub contractors, to include cost and schedules• Prepare and maintain a visual schedule of all projects.• Source, pre-qualify and negotiate with sub contractors.

• Manage, coordinate, and facilitate reengineering and process improvement to enhancement of systems and processes.• Provide strategic, expert advice and consultation on the design and implementation of effective administrative and business processes across operations• Assist with the development of project proposals and project objectives.• Establish project plans by determining time frame, funding and staffing, and approving project schedules.• Organize project staff, assign responsibilities and approve contractors.• Control project plan by approving specification and plan changes.• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, a participating in professional societies.
