The Structured & Project Finance Global Advisory team is in charge of the origination and execution of advisory mandates worldwide, but with a strong focus in Iberia and Latin AmericaRole:Origination: elaborate pitches and meet with clients, jointly with other senior members of the team, to obtain new advisory mandatesAdvisory execution: assist clients to develop winning bids (if applicable), mitigate financial risks and arrange the financing in the most favorable terms. The scope of the advisory includes, amongst others, the following tasks: · Financial modelling: develop comprehensive financial models to estimate the future cash flows generated by the Project in order to identify the optimal financing structure. It also enables the evaluation of different scenarios and sensitivity analysis · Review project documentation · Elaboration of Information Memorandum & RFP · Due Diligence coordination, including Legal, Technical & Commercial · Definition of a financing structure and market sounding · Help financing parties to get formal credit approvals · Assist in the drafting of the financing documents and negotiating other relevant project documents
