As the Head of IT Engineering, I am responsible for leading and overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, engineering and Architecture teams. My role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation and strategic development of the company's technical capabilities, directly supporting both business and product development goals. Key responsibilities include:- Leadership and Strategy: Leading a team of IT Managers across various specializations, driving innovation, operational excellence, and ensuring that IT services align with business objectives.- Systems Architecture: Defining the overall architecture of the IT infrastructure, including network design, server architecture, and Datacenters integration, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and robust to support business growth.- Project Management: Overseeing major IT engineering projects, from conception through to deployment, coordinating with other departments (such as development and operations) to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements.- Budget and Vendor Management: Managing the IT budget, including software licenses, hardware procurement, and third-party vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.- Team Development: Mentoring and developing IT Managers and Team Leads, focusing on enhancing their technical skills and aligning their personal growth with the organization’s objectives.- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Leading continuous improvement processes in IT services and infrastructure by adopting the latest technologies, automation strategies, and best practices for IT governance.

- Technical support to Malaga and London offices with more than 400 users.- Deployments of updates, packages and applications trough Microsoft SCCM.- Configuration, management and creation of SCCM packages, task sequences and collections.- Management of updates, profiles and applications for macOS with diferent tools.- Design, installation, configuration and management of Airwatch, a MDM tool from VMware, including all mobile devices of the company.- Deployments, installations, configurations and troubleshooting on diferents Operative systems like Windows (7,8 and 10), Linux (fedora, Ubuntu, CentOS) and macOS.- Active Directory management, Exchange servers and virtualized systems (VMware, Virtuabox...)- Management Windows 2012 R2 servers.- Installation and configuration of video conference systems.

Sysadmin work in the Municipal Emergency Center, keeping the computer equipment, servers, databases and applications management.During the last year, I worked as team lead of Eastern Andalusia (Malaga, Almería, Cádiz, Jaen and Granada), with a team of 4 technicians.
