Succesfully transitioned into a sales role at Rolls Royce, where I acquired large deals and managed key accounts in the marine/defence industry. Leading interdisciplinary bid-teams and acquiring and partnering with external parties in order to succeed in complex system projects.Currently heading the global business development and strategy team at Rolls Royce for all industrial applications. My role involves leading, developing, and mentoring an international team to successfully execute strategic projects and initiatives. Our primary focus areas include strategies for growth and profitability improvement, exploring new technologies, business development, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio and product management, and the acquisition and management of external partnerships and collaborations. Additionally, I am a member of the corporate strategy team that oversees our company's overall direction.
