Provided human resources services to over 200 reserve personnel. Managed travel system including budgeting, Passport and Visa requirements, reserve training program, personnel accessions and losses, and reserve pay system.Implemented new reserve pay system using PeopleSoft program, processed over 100,000 transactions with no errors resulting in being recognized by reserve pay program manager as a model program and subsequently being asked to train reserve centers across the country. Received Navy Achievement Medal after being recognized by reserve program inspectors for having a model reserve pay system, which was later used as the model for new reserve pay program.
