Adopted the Lean Startup methodology for MiObra.mx, a construction software startup dedicated to transforming construction IT in LATAM. Led the end-to-end development cycle, encompassing funding, recruitment, and training.Designed the SaaS architecture for MiObra.mx, including a comprehensive invoicing platform, a data extraction application published on the Microsoft Store for Opus data import, and a companion mobile app developed in React Native. Additionally, orchestrated the overall application architecture. Project: Service stations.- Design and lead the effort to develop an application for implementing federal/state/municipal operational norms for service stations in Mexico.

Served as Scrum Master for up to three development teams, leading ceremonies, facilitating planning, and providing mentorship. Responsibilities included tracking issues and performance, as well as generating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Consolidated a multi-role function to standardize processes across the organization, focusing on metrics-driven improvements in delivery cadence and planning efficiency.

Technical lead and software engineer for the Core Work Manager application and its mobile partner app, implementing, designing and developing solutions across multiple hospitals and 3rd party integrations. Responsibilities included maintenance and issue resolution, working closely with stakeholders and solution delivery across multiple hospitals and internal teams.Additionally, Worked as a SDE on the migration from CWM V4 to V5, implementing the project in React. Responsibilities included analyzing and revising previous requirements, collaborating closely with Solution Delivery and Design teams to re-architect the project. Focused on scalability, maintainability, addressing technical debt, and adhering to reusable development guidelines.

Oversaw multiple engineering teams tailored to TransformativeMed’s needs, ensuring high standards in development practices. Responsibilities included removing obstacles for individual engineers, managing schedules and deadlines, and providing mentoring and guidance. Emphasized cross-functional communication to foster and maintain long-term business relationships.

Project: Scheduler ETLImplemented a multi-tenancy ETL aimed at consolidating clinician’s schedules across multiple external platforms into a single database, and injecting schedules into the Cerner EHR, allowing clinical teams to set work schedules in their preferred application, and points of contact to be seamlessly and automatically assigned into their rounding schedules in the hospital.

Project: Notify PlatformRe-architected a notification platform aimed at providing real-time clinical results to clinician’s phones. Scope included Ui/Ux design, determining and writing both business and clinical requirements, documentation and project management, as well as development and implementation, within the EHR and the companion mobile platform. The solution goal was to enable clinicians to subscribe to medical orders, clinical events or patient assignments with a logical rule builder, and have them receive push notifications, normal or critical, when those rules were triggered.

Project: Support Portal- Issue Tracker and Project Tracker.- Develop, and lead team of engineers, in migrating and creating TransformativeMed's issue and project tracker for client support. - Integrate both the issue and project tracker into existing Zoho and Redmine trackers, enhancing their functionality, and are meant to facilitate TransformativeMed's support team client contact and follow-up.- Working with PHP, Zoho, JavaScript (Nimbly, jQuery), PostgreSQL, Redmine.

Project: PHP RESTful framework.- Continuously enhancing and developing a PHP framework which is in use in all of TransformativeMed's applications. The framework makes use of PostgreSQL, PHPUnit, CakePHP's Phinx, and is designed to be as light as possible with a large emphasis on performance and customization.- Working with PHP (v7, Phinx, PHPUnit), PostgreSQL.

Project: CORES API.- Develop, and lead a team of engineers, to migrate CORES' acrchitecture into an API.- Use of strong software engineering principles and best practices to maintain a scalable, performant solution, translating technologies and coordinating an international team of engineers.- Working with PHP (v5, PHPUnit, Phinx), CCL, PostgreSWL, JavaScript.

Project: DWH & Analytics.- Developed a middleware solution for extracting clinical data into a data warehouse using PHP, CCL, and AWS.- Worked with PHP, CCL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript (jQuery, eCharts, Nimbly), CSS, HTML, AWS S3.

Project: POMR Handoff component.- Developed an MPage component for CORES' handoff page that implemented a problem-oriented structured that read from and fed a patient's chart, progress notes, tasks, and medications. The component is deployable in several viws of Cerner's PowerChart, including CORE's mobile interface.- Worked with JavaScript (jQuery, jQuery Mobile), HTML, CSS.

Project: Chronic Condition tracking MPage component.- Developed an MPage component for tracking and following up on chronic conditions for Truman Medical Center.- The goal of the component was to take Truman Medical Center's clinical team's requirements for easy visualization of several chronic conditions for a patient, later adding statistical analysis tools.- Worked with CCL, JavaScript (jQuery, flot), CSS, HTML.

Project: PainTracker.- Developed a prototype SPA MPage that implemented surveys as a means to track and measure pain.- Worked with JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, CSS.

Project: Glycemicare.- Developed the first version of GlycemiCare's dashboard for monitoring multiple patients/beds at the same time.- Worked with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

- Developed, enhanced, and maintened a front end medication reconciliation embedded SPA MPage in PowerChart for DrFirst, Inc.- Built an external, standalone demo which grew into a full MPage and MPage component that took medication information from DrFirst's proprietary databases and reconciled the information with Cerner.- Worked with a team of 3-4 people under Agile, directly and indirectly with DrFirst's leadership providing requirements.- Worked with JavaScript (jQuery), CSS, HTML.
