Regional Operations Manager Latam
Current- Setting up a new business unit for LATAM in 2019 as well as pro-actively managing its continued growth, successfully delivering 5000+ product inspections and audits in the region to date.- Improving regional capabilities for a large team of product inspectors and auditors in both South, Central and North America.- Monitoring the continuous training process of front lines as well as overseeing the correct execution of services in compliance with the company processes and specific client requirements.- Recruiting a multicultural team of back-office supervisors and getting them up to speed with company operations to support the business unit activity.- Strong liaison with internal key account directors to meet the expectation of the competitive leading textile brands that we work for.- Meeting up with sales teams from different companies within the group (Worms Safety Alliance) to identify local growth opportunities and successfully take on new clients.- Responsible for the monitoring and management of the business unit’s budget and financial contribution goals.
