I teached the subject "Administration and Operation of a Bar" to Gastronomy and Tourism Students, focusing on recpies and techniques to create a cocktail. Bar tools, Bar Station and Theory.

While I worked for this company my main activities were:-Be in charge of the implementation of line balances in the production line.-Make time studies, and provide this information in order to approve or disapprove, line balancing projects.-Actualize documents and prepare production lines in order to implement engineering changes. -Implement changes in some processes to eliminate defects.-Make work instructions and visual supports for new processes.-Work with personnel from TB USA on steps previous to the official launch of new models to improve the design of them.
