I contribute with the Area Controller in conducting TWC financial performance reviews. The review includes DSO, Under Billed metrics, Aged AR and Collection performance. Identifies root causes impacting performance. Working with the Area Controller to establish collection goals to achieve TWC targets at the Branch / District level. At the Branch level, identifies barriers impacting cash collections. Working with the Area Controller proposing solutions including recommended training. Provide support to the Branch / District teams as it relates to cash collections, and billings. Researches and identifies key drivers on the top 15 negative cash flow jobs in every Branch team.

-Develop strategies to manage and control the client's portfolio in order to ensure adequate and timely acquisition of the cash flow.-Monthly collection projections, calculation of the different indicators such as average days of collection (DSO) and reservation of uncollectable accounts.-To prepare and present periodic reports to the Directorate of Finances concerning the state of delinquency and the result of the actions carried out.-Ensure compliance with the Department's standards, policies and processes to avoid future conflicts in the face of an internal/external audit.-Reconcile and clarify timely differences in balances with customers and commercial area in the USA and Canada.-Establish and follow up a plan of action for recovering the overdue portfolio with antiquity of 30, 60, 90 and 120 days.-Making of closing in time and form-Identify the limitations or situations that may be affecting the timely collection of accounts.-Detailed analysis of the entire portfolio to determine the availability of resources in the future.Achievements: Recovery of monthly portfolio > to 85% which is equivalent to approximately $22 million dollars (number of lines/invoices: 4500 approximately).

-I managed the seniority of balances of national and foreign clients.-I increased/reduced/cancelled the line of credit by analyzing financial statements and indicators of liquidity and solvency (financial ratios).-Closing processes for reconciliation of the effective account and bank.-Punctual application of payments against their respective invoices.Achievements: Project of electronic invoicing by means of SAP completely eradicating this task that was done manually, saving 5 hours weekly per person that were later used in other activities generating this way more value to the department.

-Formulate and control the annual budget of expenditures-Treasury Control-Electronic Banking Administrator-Cash flows (fees and payments)-Accounts payable and receivable management-Control of income and expenses in order to manage the working capital-Calculation of ROI, ROE and equity analysis-Coordination and Supervision of the Department of Purchasing, Quality and RRHH (I supervised 4 people).Achievements: The accounts payable were gotten back on track in 60 days, it was negotiated with each one of the suppliers the term of payment and the way in how all their overdue bills would be totally paid. All vendors’ data were captured in the system, leaving a payment program set up for each one.

-I led strategic management.-I defined general policies of administration.-I directed and assessed the performance of 7 people under my supervision.-I interpreted the owner of financial statements and information on the company's progress.-I ensured the compliance of the current regulations and rules, I also had political-diplomatic relations with authorities and most important clients.-Petty cash, accounts receivable/accounts payable and all types of bank movements.Achievements: Within the gas stations in the same area, Gasolinera “Microondas” obtained for the first time the quality star, acquiring the product 5% below the usual price, obtaining this way a better profit margin and therefore generating more value for the owner calculated by means of the ROE (Return On Equity) and EVA (Economic Value Added).
