As an NPI Supervisor, I coordinated the workload of the NPI Enginering team and Project Engineering that worked closely with the different Teams in all the stages of new product development and strategic projects for current product improvement or update. Main role as new product introduction engineer for Digital Television business. PCB Testing and final product test and evaluation (reliability and performance) with final goal to introduce electronic testing and adjustment equipment to production process.All development activities initiate at Main Offices at Japan headquarters where we used to travel to work in close contact with PCBA and Firmware designers to acquire the knowledge to introduce the new product at Tijuana's Factory.
