Participated in the development of the "Círculo Azul" Web application to offer rewards to customers of cell phone rate plans, quote cell phones, renewal of plans, redemption and cancellation of points, with which it was possible to provide service nationwide at Telcel Customer Service Centers to customers who contracted and renewed their telephone rate plans, maintaining operational availability of the application at 99%.Creation of batch processes for “Circulo Azul” to send monthly reports to clients with information regarding their cellphone line, accumulated points, and commissions, with which it was possible to keep customers informed about the current status of their cellphone line and the points they have accumulated to apply to loyalty benefits, as well as a 50% reduction in the issuance of physical account statements that were issued to Telcel customers.Developed Batch processes for uploading prices of tariff plans and mobile equipment for region 9 of Telcel, with which the loading of Telcel equipment prices and rate plans is automated, reducing price errors by 35% and reducing price update times by 75%.

I collaborated in the Pre2G project, for the migration of the Personal Internet Banking (PIB) application of HSBC Mexico (first phase) developed in CGIs to Java, creating JSP's and backend development to communicate with the database data through Stored Procedures invocation. Also I worked in the construction of the process for registration, OTP request, transactional and basic access to PIB, and activation of OTP, with which improve the user experience in online banking.I participated in the 2G project, for the migration of the Personal Internet Banking application (PIB) (second phase) carrying out the analysis, design, and development for the Login, as well as the review of use cases in the processes of Login with which the security in the access to the PIB was significantly improved.We reduced by 60% the time that companies spend cashing their checks by implementing and building the communication via JMS between BIB and the check scanning system
