• Ordering & Supplier management : support Parts Controllers to ensure orders are processed and transmitted accurately (content/timing) to European suppliers following JIT principles, by - inputting up-to-date information in the different systems (e.g. calendar updates, rundown updates)- supporting the creation of shipping plans & order status monitoring files- supporting order analysis by consolidating and visualising order data using Excel- maintaining standard result and process KPI- maintaining supplier contact database• Quality improvement : support logistics quality problem analysis, by :- recording stop-call-wait report data received from the cross-docks in an Excel tracking tool- downloading Customer quality complaint data from QUICS system & distributing to Parts Controllers for analysis - supporting maintenance of standard results and process KPI• Cost monitoring : support monitoring of actual cost versus budget & ensuring timely payment to Suppliers, by :- Downloading sales invoices from EPS system into the cost database in Access- Logistics partner invoice processing (stamp & hand-over to A&F)- Creating Logistics Change Notifications upon request of Parts Controllers- Assigning monthly TESSA supplier cost claims to Parts Controllers for evaluation- Maintaining cost KPI for reporting and analysis to identify cost improvement areas• Project Management : support timely implementation of new export parts projects in line with agreed project milestones and safety, quality and efficiency targets, by :- Maintaining the consolidated project overview list- Maintaining the live parts list (add new parts, remove build-out parts, …)- Closing part numbers in Mainframe system for build-out projects- Creating standard packaging specification & cost database to support cost estimation process

Teaching Statistics Complements and Applied Statistics

- Creation and maintenance of statistics related to citizens' enquiries to the European Parliament;- Supporting management by providing reports with meaningful data based on raw information;- Supporting the development of new databases and website structure to allow the proper analysis of new data;- Building Excel reports (pivot tables, charts, analysis) based on the retrieved data;- Preparing Excel templates for data compilation from different databases;- Supporting the members of the European Parliament with making use of these products;- Replying to citizens’ enquiries by strictly following the European Parliament's directives;- In-depth analysis of the received correspondence, performing research using the appropriate channels and consulting specialized documentation services.
