- Responsible for project administration of solution projects for the entire BUS- Responsible for project administration of instrumentation projects for all the regions- Processing of project sales orders by way of SAP ERP tools, in cooperation with the projectmanager and other roles involved in project execution (located in different regions)- Processing of project purchase orders by way of SAP ERP tools, in cooperation with the projectmanager and other roles involved in project execution, in particular with the EPT- Arrange shipping, packing and forwarding and execute logistical administration incooperation with Project Manager, Logistic Center and Logistic Service Provider. Ensurecorrectness of shipping document and export compliance- Manage VAT, tax and duties related with shipments in cooperation with PM and C_Dept.- Sales order invoicing and Net Sales in cooperation with PM- Cooperation with Controlling Department for Net Sales, Provisions, Accruals, Payments,Invoice approvals and registration, etc.- Management and coordination of contract securities (letter of credits, bank bonds,insurances)- Cooperation and coordination with other E+H organizations (inside and outside I.I.), projectteams and business partners- Monitoring Material delivery in accordance with schedule requirement and reporting to PM- Control, capture, creation, revision and storage of all project processing documentation(invoices, logistics, financial documents etc)
