It is the first unicorn in the Middle East and was listed on Nasdaq in April 2022.Main activities: (i) structuring the legal department in Brazil, which involved the entire corporate process for the creation of the legal entity, commercial and labor agreements, data protection, and terms and conditions policies; (ii) leadership of the regulatory strategy at national, state and municipal levels; (iii) local support to the global tax team; (iv) local support to the global anti-corruption compliance team.Main areas of activity: regulatory, contracts, corporate, privacy, labor and compliance.In June 2022, due to the global crisis, SWVL closed almost its entire operation in Brazil.
