New approach as project manager for the development of stores for restaurant chains. Following the project from the beginning, the design stage, to the realisation on site and opening.

Supported by the team, I was graphically drafting some plant engineering works, such as generating sets, water networks and fire-fighting systems for railway networks, hotels and pharmaceutic factories.

First approach as an interior designer, as creation of mood boards, layouts and sketches to realise types of furniture for offices.

I worked on Breeam in use certifications for offices and shopping centres, pre-assessment for WELL and LEED O+M, ID+C and BD+C certifications: retail. I also did graphic tasks for making presentations and designing layouts.

I realized credits for LEED and WELL certifications, I studied the life cycle assessment of a building (LCA) and created presentations for building physics interventions.I also had an experience in construction site for the verification of LEED and WELL credits.
