INTENT is an Integrated Training Program for Entrepreneurial Leadership and is part of the curriculum of the Business Administration Course at FGV-EAESP. The purpose of INTENT is to train creative leaders with a sense of direction and a collaborative spirit by creating and sustaining a safe teaching space for experimentation, reflection, and personal and professional growth.In my personal project, alongside two team members, we stepped out of our comfort zones with the objective of highlighting strangers' life stories to sensitize people to the unknown. We spent afternoons on the most famous street in São Paulo(Avenida Paulista), capturing moments and talking to strangers so that we could share their stories to the world on our Instagram page: @trocasurbanas.
