Leading the Financing the Transition to a Net Zero Future initiative engaging industry practitioners and financial experts to support the mobilization of capital towards decarbonization technologies; leading the Finance Pillar of the First Movers Coalition seeking to improve the bankability of offtake agreements; contributing to the Biodiversity Finance and Financing Food Systems initiatives.

Part of the Sustainable Development Investment Partnership (SDIP), an initiative co-chaired by the World Economic Forum and the OECD, acting as a platform for public, private and philanthropic entities with a shared ambition to create the conditions for capital to flow for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a community manager, I fostered dialogue between a cross-section of banks, investment funds, pension funds, development finance institutions, multilateral development banks and governments to unlock investments for the 2030 Agenda, promoting innovative thinking on the global financial architecture.

Research Executive consultant on two main projects:- UNESCO and Bellinzona's Castles project: investigating the governance structure of the UNESCO site, suggesting strategic recommendation to improve the management of the cultural association;- Natural History Museum of Fribourg: investigating the potential future strategy of the regional museum, making recommendations based on the analysis of the conclusions.

As part of the Wealth Management division, my responsibilities included:- Defined a new global communication strategy for one of UBS' main investment solutions, including 25+ single products in 20+ countries;- Coordinated external and internal communication initiatives devising multi-media campaigns on strategic projects as new product launches and redesigns, managing various projects simultaneously across different divisions and departments;- Created client presentations, factsheets, product description sheets for external communication use, as well as newsletters, articles, intranet pages and videos for internal use, organizing translations in four languages;- Organized and overseen global UBS events, inviting monthly 8000+ UBS personnel across different departments and countries;- Contributed to the implementation of the “Sustainable Investing” initiative.
