To manage Timeshare Resorts within the Gooderson Group. To implement and produce a Policies and Procedures manual, train and manage Resort Managers and assist in all major inspections as per the Health and Safety requirments.

Silversands Shareblock comprises of 122 units of which runs an annual occupancy of 80%. My function was to manage all aspects, report to GM and apply initiative where possible.
