An increasing part of my role was accounting administration which included processing of all purchase orders and invoices through Sage 50, stock control, processing and controlling company staff expenses and regular bank reconciliation. My role as a personal assistant to the Finance Director included managing workload for production staff, dealing with UK & international customers and suppliers, organising travel & accommodation for all company staff and coordinating national and international shipping. My sales and marketing support role included the organisation and management of company events including trade road shows and distributor meetings as well as the production of promotional & technical documents from draft through to final distribution (brochures, leaflets, product datasheets etc.).Other experience obtained included the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s ISO 9001 quality management system and the design and regular updating of the CPT website.
