Currently I work as Psychologist with HRinstruments.In 2017 I finished my Master in Organizational and Social Psychology.One of my focus areas was the impact of digitalization in our work related and private life and how it influences wellbeing and social interaction.In my master thesis I developed a questionnaire on the transformational competencies of employees using a qualitative approach.My so far gathered experiences comprise HR development, training and consulting, reinsurance as well as primary insurance.I have worked in the australian pacific as well as the asian market in the human resources environment and enjoy to work in different intercultural settings.Further I absolved a qualification as a systemic counselor in 2017 and work with private clients in the area of family, couples and individual counselling since 2016. Currently I am doing a further qualification as a systemic therapist at the Gesellschaft für Systemische Therapie und Beratung in Munich.
