Curricular Support Assistant (Dei)
CurrentThe CSA will work with and support staff, student, and alumni action groups, e.g. student leaders, self-identified URM students, allies who are committed to supporting DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), other affinity groups; facilitate and promote program-focused evening webinars, faculty/staff working groups, and other related initiatives; organize applicant pools for program-specific scholarships and initiatives (e.g. Global Conservation Fellows, Dragonfly Scholarship, etc.); review and summarize course evaluations and program assessments to improve outcomes; help update existing or design new courses, including identifying course reading materials and recently published articles, creation of rubrics, assignment guidelines, and other course materials; consult with the Miami Dragonfly team regularly about work and initiatives; bring forward other important and creative ideas as they emerge within the Dragonfly community.
