A recent project done with colleagues was helping to provide knowledge and feedback from users of the Joint Review Board and how the team can make it accessible. This Co-Op allowed me to redesign the Data & AI HR-Tech Homepage to make it more user-accessible to people who come across HR and to learn more information about what different teams do. Show less

IBM P-TECH Co-Op, granted different tasks and assignments to help solve users problems.

Worked alongside IBM employers to help Humana rethink its marketing approach. Their main mission was to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Worked as a project manager and helped with tasks within the team such as creating a Powerpoint for new employers to look at. Digitizing whiteboards, and providing insight/knowledge when necessary.

Worked alongside a team for consecutive months to help clients develop and transform their process maps. This dealt with the team meeting multiple times a week to discuss changes and the process for changes.

Granted a task to transform Nirvana's GitHub page into a w3 Publisher page to make it more user accessible and easier to access. The GitHub page wasn't as easily accessible to IBMers and the best way to make it more accessible was to transform it into a w3 Publisher pager where people will be able to access the page with ease and provide feasible feedback.
