A capo del team corporate di International Pricing & Commercial Data Strategy con le seguenti responsabilità:• Ownership degli strumenti di analisi che supportano le decisioni strategiche aziendali e relativi progetti. • Definizione ed execution delle strategie prezzo internazionali, considerando peculiarità locali e dinamiche concorrenziali• Supporto e consulenza ai diversi stakeholder su strategia prezzo e interpretazione dati commerciali• Collaborazione con i team IT per garantire la corretta acquisizione, modellazione e gestione dei dati commerciali• Re-ingegnerizzazione dei processi aziendali all'interno della funzione attraverso automazione e nuove tecnologie.

Lead and manage Corporate Commercial Strategy Intelligence Team (business analysts + data scientists), responsible for:• Owning and Managing Analytics tools supporting corporate strategical decisions and related projects. • Shaping and improving business processes in the function, using systems automation and newtechnologies• Transforming data into insights.

Lead and manage Sales Operations Team in Italy, responsible for:• Assign sales targets and related incentives• Calculate incentives for sales people and circulate results (in partnership with finance and HR departments)• Create and manage KPI data&analytics for sales function• S&OP process coordination (in partnership with demand and finance departments)• Customer masterdata management• Sales tools administration and SME• Support sales force on field for escalations vs IT and external support teamsParticipate and/or lead national and international projects (e.g. new GTM approach, new sales force systems and tools, new data&analytics approach, sales force effectiveness)Shape and improve overall sales operations and trade marketing processes cross-channel (pharma direct, pharma indirect, mass market, vending machines)

Main responsibilites:• Lead Data&Analytics Cross-functional Projects and Deployments for Italy and Greece, providing technical and process expertise.• Project management of system implementations and upgrades including project resources coordination and project budget management.• Desing and improvement of business processes in the organization using systems automation and new technology.• Escalation point, within functional responsibility area, for IT support

Main responsibilites:• Work with local business champions to implement new systems and system upgrades in the areas of business planning, sales force automation and business intelligence• Provide both process and systems knowledge to business process owners across SEU region.• Create requirements specifications in technical and user friendly language.• Project management of system implementations and upgrades.• Develop roadmap for user acceptance and training programs for end users
