As the process owner, I lead the transfer of PSP processes and team to Jabil:• Tracking deliveries in WIP tool between the sterilization supplier and the finished goods warehouse.• Managing NC’s and QI’s from the sterilization supplier.• Supporting the implementation for the Q-Make final product release.• Outsourcing support for the sterilization process from Synthes to Jabil plants.• Updating documentations as SOPs/Wi's, organizing and leading the trainings.• Coordinating invoice mismatches with procurement and finance
