Current- Development and implementation of commercially focused strategies and initiatives that driveemployee satisfaction and engagement
- Work with the business leaders to ensure a Strategic focus is maintained at all times and is communicated across the business to all stakeholders
- Ascertain national and branch staffing requirements in terms of appropriately skilled employees
- Guide and support the business on managing organizational changes (for approx. 1‘500 employees)
- Develop and implement robust and effective performance management program
- Work closely with the senior management team to identify areas of staff developmentor training needs to address organisational priorities
