I’ve started my career as an analyst on Sales Planning department, supporting Sales team with analysis, reports, presentations, dashboards and processes standardization. As I developed, I gained new responsibilities, such as revenue budget definition, demand planning, weekly forecast definition and its follow-up, executive presentations, trainings ministration and others. I left this company as a Coordinator with four people on my team. Then I challenged myself as a sales executive for two and a half years in Banks segment. By the end of this period, I was invited to come back to the first company to build the “data driven mindset” on HR LATAM department, with one direct report. The nature of my role was the same as before: data, analysis, presentations, dashboards and others, in order to help managers making decisions based on data. I was also responsible for expenses follow-up, building the People Budget, choosing the best benefits to the employees, to study the viability for new projects and changes, managing bonus payments, total compensation management etc. Therefore, my history is based on data! I’m an analytic person and passionate by numbers and Excel! I’ve always helped my colleagues with reports, analysis and data whenever they needed, while they focused on their other activities.I’ve been working full remotely since 2021, so I have experience on managing my time, priorities and responsibilities. As a “data person” dealing with numbers, details and analysis all the time, I think this model suits perfectly, once I’m able to focus and pay attention on my work, without interference.
