As the Head of Design Studio CSEE, Nordics & DACH and Head of Experience Design Strategy at Nexi, I lead a team of design professionals with the mission of creating exceptional digital customer experiences. My primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate complex design projects, ensuring that every product developed meets the needs and expectations of customers in Europe. I work closely with various departments within the company, to ensure that the design is not only aesthetic but also functional, user-oriented and business needs driven. My role as Head of Design Studio also allows me to design European digital products that foster synergies across the entire Nexi group.With over 17 years of experience as an Experience Designer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role. I am also responsible for defining the strategic vision for Nexi's user experience overall. This involves not only understanding market trends and customer needs but also anticipating them and translating them into design strategies that drive product development and delivery. My expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) enables me to set high standards for all design projects, promoting a user-centric approach that places the user at the center of every design decision.
