With AI on the rise, this quickly opened the door for me to work on adopting Sopro’s cutting-edge technology for Generative Messaging and master the art of crafting the perfect prompt. While my love for the human touch in writing remains, I’m utterly captivated by the future of generative messaging!

In true startup fashion, at SKY Apartments I handled everything from washing sheets to managing bookings. But I focused most of my time and energy on:- Creating an internal reservations management system and leading the daily team activities.- Designing and rolling out a marketing strategy that covered everything from our social media presence, to the website, and our listings on Booking.com, Airbnb, and TripAdvisor.- And above all, welcoming guests and ensuring each one had a memorable stay worth telling their friends about.In just one year, SKY Apartments grew from 6 to 15 units, giving me the privilege to lead construction and interior design projects. This hands-on experience equipped me with essential project management skills, teaching me how to "make the horse drink the water" while turning plans into results, on time and within budget.Today, SKY Apartments has a review score of 𝟗.𝟖/𝟏𝟎 on Booking.com, where hundreds of people are using beautiful superlatives to describe their stay.

My first major to-do at Evromak was to revive the existing Facebook page. That required creating relevant media content, as well as launching the first paid ad campaigns.In just a few months, the production could barely meet the fast growth of demand, coming mostly through Facebook and Instagram.To manage this growth effectively we:▪︎ identified one leading product, and focused our marketing efforts around it;▪︎ adopted a new task management system for the team;▪︎ streamlined the distribution system;▪︎ adjusted the price strategy to match the fast-changing market.Upon my arrival, Evromak AS had limited local market coverage. But the effective digital marketing strategy helped us reach a remarkable sales growth of almost 500%.By the end of my amazing experience there, the numbers were saying that Evromak AS was having the very best year in its 15 years of existence.
