I am deeply passionate about personal growth and human development. For the past 12 years, I have been organizing workshops for teams and individuals based on the Open System Model, utilizing the Playfulbusiness approach and, most importantly, connecting through nature. I have found that combining ease and nature is one of the most effective ways to achieve a deep level of consciousness. This method quickly reveals team dynamics, uncovers team wisdom in unexpected ways, and enhances personal development.Over the last year, I have begun organizing my own projects and retreats, integrating my passion for the sea and freediving into my work.For the past 17 years, I have also been organizing corporate events and incentive trips worldwide. Exploring new cultures and embarking on new adventures together can open up minds and hearts. In-person socializing is more critical today than ever before. Event management remains a significant passion of mine, and I enjoy collaborating with professional partners in this domain.One of my favorite tools in all my workshops is visualization. I sketch content that emerges from the group on flipcharts. In response to client feedback, I created COGNIVISUAL in 2020. This new product simplifies complex concepts into a few easy-to-remember visualizations, ideal for workshops, presentations, conferences, workbooks, social media illustrations, and more.Based in Innsbruck, Austria, and Rome, Italy, I speak five languages. I love the sea, freediving, videophotography, creativity, people, life, deep soul connections, learning, smiles, authenticity, and salsa dancing.
